SLEEPING

My daily gratitude practice begins here. An hour before I sleep I write down the things for which I am grateful during the day.

We finally recorded Bhumi sing Iktara from Wake Up Sid and Baarishein by Anuv Jain. We tried to make Sridhar sing and as as usual he was in his super star zone and keeping his talent innate for bigger stage performances coming his way. I tried to sing Sach Keh Raha Hai from RHTDM and I sucked at it. Our office is turning out into a music studio and we hope to be releasing some soulful tunes soon.

I did my shoulder work out today and the trainer has been really good all this while, motivating me to lift more and lose some extra pounds while increasing my muscle mass. I have been consistently going to the gym for 21 days now. I am eager to reach the automaticity point of 66 days minimum as in 5am Club by Robin Sharma. This is a habit I have been struggling with for years now. But now I feel as though I am getting ahead with it and it's the only thing that's helping me cope with everything happening in my life.

And finally some harmonium practice before getting to bed. My aim tonight is to sleep by 10:30 so that I wake up at 6:30 and go for a run. I have been slogging in my bed up until noon for the past 2 weeks now and I hate my life. But I know I will turn it around soon!
