Talk about your pain v/s running away from it like most people
You bring the emotion that has been suppressed & repressed into your consciousness where it leaves.
As you journal about your pain, as you talk about it.
You put a light to the monsters, to the dragons & the demons.
Why do you think people eat too much & drink too much & have too much sex & worry too much & all the other addictions—
they are not comfortable with feeling their emotions.
If they could only understand and then build intimacy with those repressed emotions, they would understand the game-changing insight.
To heal an emotion, you need to feel the emotion.
To release a wound, you must experience the wound & by feeling the repressed emotion or by talking about them you start to purify your heartset & you become a freer, clearer, more human being.
And as you release all that micro & macro trauma just think about what happens
you regain the connection with your greatness.
