You just exercise, release dopamine, release serotonin & you sweat to release BDNF → feel better
Optimize your brain – neurogenesis + focus
Also hydrate, it will increase metabolic function, good for your skin, good for your energy, and for learning state.
Watch a video or listen to an audio → release even more dopamine
Use 20 mins to learn while you exercise
2) 5:20 – 5:40 Reflection
Start the day connecting with your Mt. Everest –
& look at that mighty mission (mentioned in the pyramid).
Look at your big 5 lifetime → just reconnect with those.
Look at your top five values for 20 mins, write about it in the journal, pray about them, meditate on them,
It’s like an anchor, it will ground you so that you are very strategic & you are very focused on what’s most important as you go through the day because at the front end of the day you reconnected with what's most important.
3) 5:40 – 6:00 GROW
Listen to audiobook, review notes from a seminar,
It’s where you can watch a video that is 10X creativity to you, maybe a video of a legendary business person or an artist or someone who has lived a great life or great scientist or great musician.
Pull out an old journal & look at my study notes from maybe a mastermind.
Review the notes to deepen them.

Now, it’s 6 o’clock, you have fundamentally charged your cognition, activated your energy, you’ve increased your fitness, you’re connected with wisdom, and you are locked & loaded to have a great day.
The SOP Automation Framework
As much as possible, automate the key elements of your life. So the most productive people in the world set up SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures.
It could be a standing meeting at the office or a hustle every morning at 9 o’clock. It could mean getting coffee at a certain time, delivered everyday via an app.
But as much as possible in your professional life & your personal life, automate almost everything so that you just focus on the few things that are most important.
Daily 5 concept
When you wake up, maybe it’s in the reflection time, write down 5 micro-wins that you must achieve this day for this to be world class day or valuable day.
You will not go to sleep until you have achieved those 5 micro goals. At the end of year it’s 1850 micro wins.
What you do every day is more important than what you do once a year.
Release Energy Vampires
You can change the world and dominate your domain or you can hang around with dream stealers and toxic associates.
You can’t do both. One of the best ways to be more productive and have more energy is just clean out all the people who pour negativity onto your big ideas and over your brightness.
You will find that your energy & stamina, and your performance will soar. When you set up that dream team and surround with an eco-system which just lifts you up vs. tear you down.
