6th June Gratitude

I started my day at 11am, woke up, took a shower, had oats and left for office. I read How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be, The 25 Principles of success by Jack Canfield. I spoke to my friend Sanket (we meet regularly to discuss mental health) and took a lunch break at 2pm. I spent time in Muskan's shop and we had conversations on topics like family, friends, business and health.
I went to work out at 5:45pm. I ran for 5 mins, drank black coffee and did arms work out for 40 mins.
I listened to Ben Bohmer sitting in our office. Later, Muskan got burgers for Sridhar and me and we had a good time together.
I have been missing my morning ritual everyday but hopefully gonna get back to it asap. Chanting, yoga, journaling, reviewing goals, making a to-do, cycling, walking, swimming. All in the first half of the day!
I have it in my mind and it's gonna be out there, only need to make tiny changes and the rewards are great :)
